Before a diamond reaches a mall or chain showroom case, it usually passes through three or four hands — a rough buyer, a cutter, a wholesaler, then a regional distributor. Each one adds 20 to 40%.
By the time it's under the display glass, you're not paying for a better stone. You're paying for the trip it took to get there, plus the rent, the franchise fee, and the commission of the person handing it to you.

"How can your pricing possibly be 30 to 50 percent lower without cutting quality?"
Because we're on the supply side of the business, not the retail side. Six generations in, our family cuts and sources stones directly at wholesale — the same GIA and IGI certified goods the chains buy, bought at the level the chains buy them. Then our own bench sets them. Nobody in between takes a cut.
Nothing is removed from the stone to get there. Same certification, same grading, same 4Cs on paper. And you don't have to take our word for it: every quote comes with the price broken down in writing at your appointment — stone cost, setting cost, labour — so you can hold it next to any other quote in the GTA.

Five stages from the first handshake to the ring in a box. Most custom rings finish in 3–5 weeks, with photo updates at every stage.

Private consultation
One hour, one couple, no showroom floor. We show you loose stones under a loupe, explain what actually drives price, and put a written breakdown in your hands before you decide anything.
- 02Week 1
3D CAD mock-up
You see your ring rendered from every angle and adjust the head, band width, or profile as many times as you like. Nothing moves forward — and no deposit is taken — until you approve it.
- 03Week 2
Casting & shaping
Your setting is cast in your choice of 14k, 18k, or platinum, then filed and shaped by hand at our Airport Road bench.
- 04Week 3
Hand-setting under microscope
Every stone is seated by hand under a microscope — prongs tightened one at a time, so the centre sits dead level and the light goes where it should.
- 05Week 4–5
Polish, QC, private pickup
Final polish, a full quality check against your CAD, then a private appointment to collect it. Most custom rings finish in 3–5 weeks, with photo updates at every stage.

Is the consultation actually free?

Yes. It's a private hour with Vishal or Vikram, no deposit, no obligation, and no commission-driven salesperson. You leave with a written price breakdown whether you buy or not.
How is your pricing lower than other jewellers?

We cut and source our diamonds directly at wholesale, and we set them ourselves. There are no distributors, no franchise fees, and no retail middlemen adding 20–40% each. That's the entire difference — 30 to 50% off a comparable stone.
Lab-grown vs. natural — which should I choose?

Both are real diamonds and both are graded the same way. Natural holds long-term value and heirloom meaning; lab-grown gets you a noticeably larger or cleaner stone for the same budget. We'll show you both side by side under the same light and let you decide — we don't push either.
How long does a custom ring take?

Most custom rings finish in 3–5 weeks from CAD approval, with photo updates at every stage. If you're on a deadline, tell us at the appointment — we can often compress it.
What if I don't know what she wants yet?

That's most of our clients. Bring a screenshot, a ring she already wears, or nothing at all. We'll narrow shape, setting, and metal in one sitting, and we can hold the design privately until you're ready.
Do you offer financing?

Yes — flexible payment plans are available on custom work. We'll lay out the options in writing at your appointment, with no interest surprises.
